What if I need to modify my order?

Please email us as soon as possible on [email protected] about any changes you want to make to your order. We will then work out a solution for you. It won’t be possible to change the order after it has been shipped already.

What if I need to change my shipping information?

If you accidentally put in the wrong contact information when you placed your order, just let us know at [email protected] and we’ll take care of it as soon as possible.

Do you ship world wide?

Good news, we certainly do ship worldwide!

Everything in our store is handmade. When we receive your order we’ll start producing your items the same day and ship your item the next day.

Goods will be dispatched on regular business days, Monday to Fridays. Orders are shipped by PostNL. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order on www.qordamsterdam.myparcel.me or your account page when you log in on our website.

standard: FREE 1-3 working days

EU
standard: €12,00 2-5 working days

Rest of the world
standard: €15,00 3-7 working days

Shipping is FREE on orders above €100,-.

Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, import and tax costs are at your own expense.

 

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept payments through iDeal, PayPal, Creditcard (Stripe), Apple Pay, Bankcontact/Mistercash & SOFORT.

Can I get a tax invoice?

You will receive an invoice in your email after your order confirmation. If you have any specific requests, please let us know by emailing [email protected] and we’ll see what we can do for you!

How long is your warranty policy?

At Qord Amsterdam we make our products with the upmost of care. All the cords are handmade and handled with great attention by our production team to be able to give you the best possible quality. Therefore we provide a 6 month guarantee from the date of purchase. If for some reason there is a defect in your Qord Amsterdam product within this period of time, we will exchange it with a new one.

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, please get in touch through an email at [email protected] and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a return link that you can use to easily return your package. 

Please be aware that any return costs are for your own account.
