How can I contact you?

Do you ship world wide?

“We do ship worldwide. Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, import and tax costs are at your own expense.”

How long does it take for my order to reach me?

Everything on this website is handmade. When we receive your order we’ll start producing your items the same day and ship your item the next day.

Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Fridays. Orders are shipped by PostNL.

When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track
your order on www.tracktrace.nl or www.internationalparceltracking.com.

How long does my warranty last?

“At Qord Amsterdam we made our products with the outmost of care. All the cords are handmade and handled with great attention by our production team to be able to give you the best possible quality. Therefore we provide a 6 month guarantee from the date of purchase. If for some reason there is a defect in your Qord Amsterdam product within this period of time, we will exchange it with a new one. Please send an email with your question and order number to service@qord.amsterdam. Our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours to solve your problem.”
